Acreciente Capital, in accordance with current regulations on the protection of personal data, informs that the personal data collected through forms on paper or digital support are included in automated files specifically for users of Acreciente Capital‘s services. The collection and automated processing of personal data is intended to maintain the commercial relationship and to perform information, training, advisory, and other activities specific to Acreciente Capital. This data will not be transferred to any entity outside of Acreciente Capital, except when required by legal obligation. Acreciente Capital takes the necessary measures to ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of the data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, dated April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data. Users may at any time exercise their rights of access, opposition, rectification, and cancellation as recognized in the aforementioned Regulation (EU), as well as in Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights. The user declares that all data provided are true and correct and commits to keeping them updated by informing Acreciente Capital of any changes.

PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
Why do we process your personal data?

  1. In the event of contracting the offered services, to maintain the contractual relationship, as well as to manage, administer, provide, and improve the service.

  2. To send information requested through the digital or physical forms provided.

  3. To send newsletters and commercial communications about promotions and/or advertising from our company and/or the sector. In this case, the forms and contracts include a separate checkbox that the user may voluntarily check to receive such information.
    We remind you that you may object to the sending of commercial communications at any time by sending an email to the address mentioned above.
    How long are personal data retained?
    The personal data provided will be kept as long as the commercial relationship remains in effect and no deletion is requested. Afterwards, they will be retained for the legally required periods (unless processing is based on the user’s consent and this is withdrawn, in which case the data will be retained until such withdrawal is received).
    Therefore, we guarantee that your data will not be kept longer than necessary for the purposes described above, without prejudice to retention that may be necessary for the formulation, exercise, or defense of potential claims and/or when permitted by applicable law.

Optimal provision of the services offered by Acreciente Capital may require other third parties to access users’ personal data as data processors. In addition, Acreciente Capital may transfer or disclose personal data to fulfill its obligations to Public Administrations in cases required by current legislation and, where applicable, also to other bodies such as State Security Forces and Judicial Authorities.

USER RIGHTS
Acreciente Capital informs users of their rights to access, rectify, oppose, erase, port, and limit the processing of their data, as well as to reject the automated processing of personal data collected by Acreciente Capital. These rights may be exercised free of charge by the user, or by a representative if applicable, through a written and signed request addressed to: Acreciente Capital, Avenida Maisonnave 28 bis, 4th Floor, 03003 Alicante, Spain. This request must include: the user’s full name, address for notifications, a photocopy of their National Identity Document or Passport, and the specific request. In addition to the rights mentioned above, users have the right to withdraw consent at any time by the procedure described above, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing based on that consent. Acreciente Capital, as well as entities within its group, may continue to process user data to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Acreciente Capital reminds users that they have the right to file a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.

SECURITY MEASURES IMPLEMENTED
Acreciente Capital undertakes to fulfill its obligation to keep personal data confidential and to safeguard them, and will adopt the necessary measures to prevent their alteration, loss, processing, or unauthorized access, in accordance with applicable regulations.
Acreciente Capital has implemented the technical and organizational security measures necessary to ensure the security of your personal data and to prevent their alteration, loss, or unauthorized processing and/or access, taking into account the current state of technology, the nature of the stored data, and the risks to which they are exposed, whether from human actions or physical or natural causes, in accordance with applicable regulations.
As a privacy-conscious entity, Acreciente Capital continuously monitors, controls, and evaluates its processes to ensure respect for privacy and information security in accordance with international standards.

INFORMATION PROTECTION
Acreciente Capital performs backups of the content hosted on its servers; however, it is not responsible for the loss or accidental deletion of data by users. Likewise, it does not guarantee full recovery of deleted data, as said data may have been deleted and/or modified since the last backup.
The services offered, except for specific backup services, do not include the recovery of content stored in the backups made by Acreciente Capital when such loss is attributable to the user. In this case, a fee will be determined according to the complexity and volume of the recovery, always subject to prior acceptance by the user.
The recovery of deleted data is only included in the service price when the content loss is attributable to Acreciente Capital.

COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS
In accordance with applicable law, Acreciente Capital will not send promotional or advertising communications by email or other equivalent electronic means that have not been previously requested or expressly authorized by the recipients.
For users with a prior contractual relationship, Acreciente Capital is authorized to send commercial communications relating to products or services that are similar to those initially contracted with the client.
In any case, the user, after verifying their identity, may request not to receive further commercial information through the indicated channels.
